NEWPORT SHORES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

The NSCA is a 440 home community adjacent to one of the finest beaches in Southern California. The tract is surrounded by the Newport Salt Marsh wild life preserve which is home to native plants, birds and fish. The Salt Marsh is available for canoeing, row boats and even small sailboats to get a closer view of the native wildlife. The community has walking access to the beach, immediate access to two bike paths and within 10 minutes driving distance to Newport Beach’s finest shopping and restaurants.

Despite low Association fees, the community has common area facilities that include a newly rebuilt clubhouse, tennis court, basketball court, sand volley ball court, Bar-B-Que patio and Olympic sized swimming pool. The facilities are home to
a variety of planned events and activities including a children’s swim team, tennis tournaments, holiday parties, movie nights, Bar-B-Ques and charity events. In addition to the planned events, the facilities are in frequent use for everyday enjoyment, all of which helps make the NSCA one of Newport’s friendliest communities.
